7.International Health-Related Quality of Life Congress
Dear friends and colleagues,
We are happy to announce to organize
SAYKAD (Turkish Society for Health-Related Quality of Life) 2022, 7th
International Congress. Due to the unpredictable course of covid pandemics and
high costs of organizing a hybrid meeting, as the SAYKAD executive committee,
we decided to organize the congress in a fully virtual format. Providing
efficient and utile health service can be possible via monitoring the criteria
and the indicators. With the pandemics, e-health services take more place in
our lives. The main output of these services is the self-reported health
outcomes of the individuals. Especially, it has been observed that ratings of
health-related quality of life are performed more via electronic devices. We
decided the main theme of our congress to be “e-Health and Quality of Life”. We
mainly focused on the patient outcome data, from clinical research to daily
clinical practice. Nevertheless, all the topics of Quality of Life, but mainly
topics of discussion in the routine daily practice will be covered.
However, the structure of the congress
will not be different from the previous six congresses we organized. As usual,
in the morning sessions, key note lectures and symposia conveying knowledge,
and in the afternoon sessions, parallel multidisciplinary symposia sharing data
and experiences will take place. Again, all the presentations will be presented
orally, and full texts of the oral presentation papers will be published in the
e-book of the congress. We hope to host many international authors from different
parts of the world taking advantage of virtual congress. We will do our best to
organize the multidisciplinary symposia with the usual format where all
participants have the opportunity to discuss the topics.
Such a richness in the field of quality
of life will come true with your interest, your contribution and presentation
of your studies and data.

years in the 7th International Congress of SAYKAD, between 8th-10th December
